Holiday Unit 3 – Renovation

In this Cotton Tree holiday unit renovation, we transformed both the ensuite and bathroom by removing the existing shower recesses and installing new enclosed shower recesses with frameless shower screens. After a complete strip-out, including tile bedding, we added a new waterproofing membrane, a tiled shower niche, and updated plumbing and electrical systems. Energy-efficient LED downlights were installed, and the spaces were upgraded with a wall-hung vanity, a laundry overhead cabinet with a stone benchtop, and a new toilet suite. Highgrove Bathrooms fixtures in brushed brass complemented the rectified edge porcelain tiles for a sleek, modern look.
 
The renovation extended beyond the bathrooms, with the laundry receiving new tiles and a stainless steel wash tub. We also installed new flush panel doors throughout the unit and plantation ash timber laminate wardrobe sliding doors in the bedrooms and hallway cupboard. The entire unit was given a fresh update with a full repaint and new carpet, creating a cohesive and inviting space for holiday guests.
