Holiday Unit 1 – Renovation

This holiday unit full renovation included a full bathroom overhaul, where we stripped the space and added new waterproofing, plumbing, and electrical systems. We installed a tiled shower niche, a wall-hung vanity with a stone benchtop, and Highgrove Bathrooms fixtures, complemented by rectified edge porcelain tiles and LED downlights. In the kitchen, we maximised functionality with a new layout, stone benchtops, soft-close cabinetry, and updated appliances.

Additionally, we upgraded the wardrobes with new open shelving and sliding doors, and installed new ceilings with LED downlights throughout the apartment. A complete internal repaint finished the transformation, giving the space a modern and refreshed look.
