Cafe Fit-Out 1

For this café fit-out in Mooloolaba, we began with a complete strip-out of the former retail space, transforming it into a functional and stylish café. We installed new walls in the back-of-house kitchen area, lined with stainless steel for durability and hygiene. The front serving area received a new drop bulkhead ceiling, complete with integrated air conditioning and feature lighting to enhance the ambiance.

We reconfigured the plumbing and electrical systems to suit the new floor plan and connected the kitchen trade waste to the grease trap. The kitchen was equipped with new stainless steel benchtops, cleaner’s sinks, pot sinks, and hand wash basins. To ensure a professional and food-safe environment, we installed commercial-grade coved vinyl flooring in the kitchen and serving areas. The front serving area was fitted with custom cabinet joinery, and the entire space was given a fresh look with a full internal repaint and new timber plank flooring throughout, creating a welcoming and modern atmosphere for customers.
