For this office fit-out in Maroochydore, we began by fully stripping out the old office setup, including the existing kitchenette. After understanding the client’s operational needs, we designed new office floor plans to maximise functionality and efficiency. We also handled the provision of building approval and certification to ensure compliance.

The new fit-out included constructing office partition walls with fixed glass sections, creating a modern and open atmosphere. We upgraded the space with new data and electrical wiring, and installed a brand-new kitchenette in the staffroom, featuring stylish timber vinyl plank flooring. The project was completed with fresh paintwork and the installation of carpet tiles throughout the office, resulting in a professional and updated workspace.
