Holiday Unit 2 – Renovation

This renovation project involved a complete bathroom transformation, starting with the removal of the old shower recess, toilet cubicle, and vanity, followed by a full strip-out. We installed a new waterproofing membrane, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, and added energy-efficient LED downlights. The bathroom now features a tiled shower niche, a wall-hung vanity with a stone benchtop, and Highgrove Bathrooms fixtures, all finished with rectified edge porcelain tiles.

In the kitchen, we optimised the space for holiday unit guests by designing a new layout with stone benchtops, soft-close cabinetry, and modern appliances. The renovation also included the installation of new ceilings with LED downlights throughout the property, along with a full internal repaint to give the space a fresh, updated look.
